“A mentor is someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself.”
— Oprah Winfrey
The Children and Youth Development mentor is an individual who has a passion for youth development and mentorship. This individual has the ability to implement a program plan in a group setting while working with school aged children. Our mentors must have the ability to lead classes, conduct lesson plans, work with 4 or more children at a time, and incorporate different disciplines into one activity for the educational and interpersonal growth of the children.
